    Our online store at www.cananimalcare.com.au is only available for Australian customers. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST and do not include any handling, postage or freight charges unless otherwise stated.  These will be calculated on checkout.

    We do not offer overseas shipping to other countries. All customers purchasing products from our online store must have an Australian address to enable us to ship by Australia Post.

    Orders will be dispatched by Australia Post with regular delivery by Parcel Post. Express Post can also be selected if preferred, however overnight delivery is not available for some postcodes.

     Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days – we endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days.

    Deliveries are not available to PO boxes. All deliveries must be to physical addresses.

    An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

    You will receive email notification of tracking details when your order is dispatched.  If you don’t receive all the items in your order, please check the tracking details.

    All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived please contact our customer service department for assistance with tracking at admin@cananimalcare.com.au.

    AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

    You may choose to have your order left if you are not at home. This service is available with any home delivery orders. An address must first be considered accessible and safe by the courier. If it is, they will then leave it in a safe place. When you select Authority to Leave as an option at checkout, you accept full responsibility and CAN Animal Care cannot be held liable if your order goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

    PRICES AND PAYMENT

    All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery will be charged as follows:

    • Postage is charged at $15.00 for 5kg parcels, $20.00 for 10kg parcels and $25.00 for 20kg parcels Australia wide.
    • When purchasing more than 1 item, postage will only be charged on 1 item.

    COVID 19 CRISIS

    Due to the Covid 19 crisis, increased demand has led to some delay in Australia Post parcel post delivery times and signature receipts will not be requested.
